First off, yeah it's Asian. Is it light and does it fold up? Heck yeah. Does it carry big bucks and does out of the woods, brother you better believe it. It's aluminum with a steel shank, you get the strength and light weight advantages. It'll take a beating like a screen door at summer camp. Don't be a man child like Rob. He doesn't shoot big bucks. Go get some!

First and foremost, this is a product of China. The only mention of origin is on the box, so you are not aware it is Chinese until delivery. Fit and finish is typical of Chinese mfg., meaning poor fit and finish. Holes were not the right size to insert the carriage bolts into, (too small)..etc. All the bracing and 2" tube are made of steel. No steel parts are mentioned anywhere I could find except in the instructions. Other reviewers noted the steel parts rusted quickly. I have just assembled the one I bought, but noting the paint quality, I fear rusting will occur soon. I would not have purchased this unit if I knew it came from China. If it does not perform as stated, it will be returned.
